Toppings for Taco Soup
What I love most about this soup is how simple it is to prepare AND how you can garnish it with all your preferred taco toppings!
We enjoy including shredded cheese (it’s essential), sour cream (it’s delightful when mixed into the soup), pico de gallo (diced tomatoes are just as effective), and avocado slices!
Remember the lime wedges and corn chips as well!
REMAINS
We also use the remnants to enhance salads, create tacos or burritos, and it’s also delicious with an egg on top for a filling brunch.
My entire family loves this soup. I served this nearly every week each fall and throughout the winter months, and there are always no leftovers!
You can't surpass a dish that is made quickly and tastes incredible... AND it relies on pantry essentials! It’s beneficial for both parties.
